What We Do
Services include technical and financial consultancy, feasibility assessment, basis and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, precommissioning, commissioning and start-up, training of Customer’s personnel, technical assistance to plant operation, revamping projects, maintenance programs and plant decommissioning / dismantling. Furthermore, STP provides reliable PMC services, customized according to project needs, for each type of Project and Market Sectors.
Integrated services are supported by enhanced IT applications and provided in several contractual forms, according to Customer’s preference and practice, and Project characteristics.
STP is able to operate according to any possible Contract arrangement, such as reimbursables, target price, EP, EPC LSTK, convertible LSTK.
Organization
Special care is paid to the professional growth of our personnel either through the support of senior specialists, or by specific training courses.
Projects execution is managed on the basis of matrix organization by qualified Project Managers having a specific expertise in the relevant Sector. A task force approach to the Projects is also applied in specific cases.
